Grand Prize (2): Winner will receive two (2) tickets to attend the American Sky
Ball events scheduled to occur on October 4, 2019 and October 5, 2019 in Dallas,
Texas; hotel accommodations for three (3) consecutive nights (October 3, 2019,
October 4, 2019 and October 5, 2019); and up to 120,000 frequent flyer miles which
may be used towards travel to Dallas, Texas for winner and one (1) guest. Winner will
be required to be registered as a frequent flyer member with the airline carrier.
Frequent flyer miles must be used between October 2, 2019 and October 7, 2019 and
are subject to the terms and conditions of the airline carrier. The event on October 4,
2019 is casual dress and the event on October 5, 2019 is a black tie
optional/business/mess dress. Sponsor is not liable for any missed events or
opportunities or expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation/delay or
ground transportation delay. Winner may be required to provide a credit card at time of
hotel check-in. Winner and guest are solely responsible for having all necessary
identification and/or travel documents (e.g., a valid U.S. driver’s license or passport)
required for travel. Travel, accommodations and event dates/location are at the
Sponsor’s discretion and subject to availability and change. Sponsor and the applicable
venue representatives reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to winner and his/her
guests who engage in a disruptive manner, or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten
or harass any other person at the event chosen by winner and/or guests or in any other
objectionable behavior. Transportation (other than stated above), meals, gratuities, and
all other expenses not specified herein are solely the responsibility of the winner.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): up to $6,920.00. . Total ARV of all prizes: up to $13,840.00.
