2016 Mayhem Sugar Bowl Do-It-Yourself (“DIY”) DIY Fails Sweepstakes

1. The Entrant will be taken to a landing page where he/she will have the opportunity to watch four (4) videos of a DIY “fail person” and vote for which single “fail person” who should “lose their tools” and be highlighted in Allstate Mayhem advertisement (the “Videos”).
2. The Entrant must then vote for one (1) of four (4) Videos.
3. After voting, the Entrant will be taken to a page where he/she must enter his/her valid e-mail address.
4. To complete the entry he/she must complete their entry by providing his/her complete first and last name, street address (no P.O. Boxes), city, state, ZIP Code, telephone number, date of birth, and click the box stating that he/she agrees to these Official Rules;
Entrant DOES NOT have to watch any of the four (4) videos of the DIY “fail person” to enter. To enter without watching a video entrant can just click on any of the “Vote Here” buttons on the website.
b. Twitter: To enter the Sweepstakes via Twitter, an Entrant must be a registered member of Twitter. An Entrant must either (i) tweet a tweet provided on the Website, (ii) retweet a tweet provided or (iii) generate his/her original tweet using the one of the four hashtag combinations below to enter and vote for their favorite DIY fail video.

ENTRANTS ENTERING VIA TWITTER ARE NOT REQUIRED TO “FOLLOW” SPONSOR ON TWITTER @Allstate [twitter.com] or @Mayhem [twitter.com]TO ENTER, BUT WILL BE ASKED TO DO SO AS PART OF THE POTENTIAL WINNER VERIFICATION PROCESS IN ORDER FOR THE SPONSOR TO COMMUNICATE WITH THE ENTRANT PRIVATELY TO AWARD A PRIZE.
Limit: One (1) entry per email address via the Website and one (1) entry per Twitter account. Attempting to enter more than two times in total as set forth above per person and Twitter account or email address during the Sweepstakes Period will invalidate all entries by that person and their Twitter/email address.
During the Sweepstakes Period, there will be one hundred fifty-seven (157) Hourly Drawings in accordance with the Schedule set forth on Attachment A. The potential winners for each Hourly Drawing will be selected in a random drawing from all of the eligible Entries received during that Hourly Drawing or previous Hourly Drawings. On or about January 7, 2016, Sponsor will select in a random drawing the “Grand Prize” winner.
HOURLY PRIZES (628): The “Hourly Prize” descriptions and Approximate Retail Values (“ARVs”) of the Hourly Prizes are set forth on Attachment A. The maximum number of Hourly Prizes that may be awarded is Six Hundred and Twenty-eight (628) in accordance with Attachment A. The total ARV of All Hourly Prizes that may be awarded is Fifty-Two Thousand Two Hundred Forty-Nine Dollars and Sixteen cents ($52,249.16). SEE OFFICIAL RULES FOR HOURLY PRIZES – ATTACHMENT A.
(1) GRAND PRIZE: Only one (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. The Grand Prize will be a Twenty-five Thousand Dollar ($25,000.00) in Lowe’s Gift Cards and a new version of the “iconic tool” of the DIY Video Winner and a Check for up to Eight Thousand One Hundred and Sixty Dollars. The DIY Video Winner will be determined by the video that receives the highest number of votes and in the event of a tie it will be selected by Sponsor. ARV of the Grand Prize will be up to Thirty-Three Thousand Six Hundred Dollars ($33,659.00) and will include one of the Grand Prizes as described in the chart
