Grand Prize: There will be one (1) grand prize (“Grand Prize”) awarded to Grand Prize Winner. The Grand Prize will consist of the following: Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($15,000.00) and a trip to Atlanta, Georgia to appear on The Weather Channel and weather.com (the “Broadcast”). The trip includes: 1) round-trip, coach-class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner from a major airport near Grand Prize Winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Atlanta, Georgia; 2) one (1) night’s hotel accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room); 3) meals for Grand Prize Winner while in Atlanta, and 4) round trip ground transportation for Grand Prize Winner between the Atlanta airport and hotel. Total Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of Grand Prize is Seventeen Thousand Dollars ($17,000.00). Actual Retail Value (“ARV”) may vary based on airfare fluctuations and distance between departure and destination. Grand Prize Winner will not receive difference between ARV and ERV. Grand Prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Sponsor will furnish an Internal Revenue Service Form 1099 to Grand Prize Winner for the total ARV of Grand Prize for the tax year in which Grand Prize was won. Grand Prize Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with Grand Prize receipt and/or use. Date and time of Broadcast are subject to change and cancellation. Except where prohibited by law, Grand Prize Winner must agree to participate in the Broadcast or he/she will be disqualified and the Finalist with the next highest score may be declared a potential Grand Prize Winner at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Nothing set forth herein shall be construed to require Sponsor to conduct the Broadcast or to use the Broadcast in any manner. Grand Prize Winner’s participation is subject to the requirements of the Broadcast’s producer and approval, which may be granted or withheld at such producer’s sole discretion. Participating in the Broadcast is subject to and conditioned upon the Grand Prize Winner executing pertinent releases granting the producers of the Broadcast all rights, titles, and interests in and to the results and proceeds of the Broadcast throughout the universe, in perpetuity, and other provisions customary for the entertainment industry. GRAND PRIZE WINNER’S APPEARANCE IN THE BROADCAST IS SUBJECT TO PRODUCER’S REQUIREMENTS AND SOLE DISCRETION, AND, PRIOR TO PARTICIPATION, GRAND PRIZE WINNER MAY BE REQUIRED TO SIGN PRODUCER’S FULL STANDARD RELEASE AND TO SUBMIT TO PRODUCER’S STANDARD INTERVIEW AND SCREENING PROCESS AND ANY OTHER REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION. Grand Prize Winner may not actually appear in the Broadcast; decision is subject to producer’s sole discretion. Sponsor is not responsible or liable for cancellation or preemption of Broadcast for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to severe weather in any area of the country. Broadcast has no cash value. Grand Prize Winner will receive no compensation regardless of whether or not he/she actually participates in or appears in the Broadcast. If producer, in his/her sole discretion, elects to incorporate the Grand Prize Winner into the Broadcast, the Broadcast will not be considered an employment opportunity, and Grand Prize Winner will not be entitled to compensation or credit therefore. Grand Prize Winner will have no right of review, notice, or approval of the content of a Broadcast.

b. Category Prizes: There will be three (3) prizes (each a “Category Prize”) awarded for each Category. The Category Prizes will consist of the following:

First Place: Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00)

Second Place: Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00)

Third Place: One Hundred Dollars ($100.00)

Total ARV of all Category Prizes is Two Thousand Five Hundred Fifty Dollars ($2,550.00).
