Prize: (1 winner) 5-day/4-night trip to San Francisco, CA, for two. The trip will include the following: round-trip coach-class air transportation for two from the major U.S. gateway airport nearest the Grand Prize Winner’s residence to an airport in the San Francisco, CA area; one room, double-occupancy standard hotel accommodations in the San Francisco, CA area for four nights; one cooking class demonstration for two at a cooking facility in the San Francisco or Napa Valley area, selected by Sponsor; one two-hour Napa Valley Wine Train Tour for two in the San Francisco area (gratuity not included; the Wine Tour will include a three course meal, a train tour and a tour of a winery selected by Sponsor); and $750 spending money for the Grand Prize Winner. Actual value of Grand Prize may vary based on point of departure and airfare fluctuations. The Grand Prize Winner is responsible for all costs and expenses not expressly provided for above, including, without limitation, additional ground transportation, additional meals, incidentals, tips, telephone calls, souvenirs, obtaining documents necessary for travel, other personal expenses and hotel charges incurred during the trip. All travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor’s agent on a carrier of Sponsor’s choice and trip must be booked a minimum of forty-five (45) days in advance. Dates are subject to availability and certain black-out dates and other travel restrictions may apply. Sponsor reserves the right to approve any travel dates and trip must be taken by December 31, 2011. No extensions will be given after December 31, 2011, and the prize will be forfeited and Sponsor shall have no further obligations to the Grand Prize Winner.
