Prize: (1 winner) 3-day/2-night trip for the winner and guest to attend a 2008 WNBA Finals game chosen by Sponsor consisting of round trip coach air transportation for two from the major airport nearest to winner’s residence to the site of the 2008 WNBA Finals game chosen by Sponsor, standard double-occupancy hotel accommodations (one room), ground transportation to/from the airport and the applicable hotel, and two tickets to the game; 2) WNBA merchandise prize package (items included in prize package to be determined by Sponsor) for winner only; and 3) T-Mobile handset (exact handset to be determined by T-Mobile) and prepaid service for up to $100 in retail value for the phone for winner only (Approximate Retail Value “ARV”=$4,000). Exact details of prepaid phone service will be determined by Sponsor. Actual prize value will vary depending on winner’s city of departure and destination of travel. Travel and hotel arrangements to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary, and any minor traveling companion must be accompanied by his/her parent or legal guardian. Trip must be taken on dates and times designated by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited in its entirety and, at Sponsor’s discretion, may be awarded to an alternate winner. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to provide ground transportation in place of air transportation if winner lives within a 100 mile radius of destination and no compensation or substitution will be awarded for difference in prize value. If any prize-related activity(s) is canceled or postponed for any reason, travel prize will be awarded less applicable prize-related activity(s) and Sponsor will substitute that activity(s) with an item(s)/activity(s) of comparable or greater value as determined solely by Sponsor. Exact seat locations at designated game to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Tickets are subject to terms and conditions specified thereon.
