GRAND PRIZE RANDOM DRAWING/ODDS/PRIZE DESCRIPTION: On or about June 18, 2018, an independent
judging organization will select five (5) potential Grand Prize winners in a random drawing from among all eligible entries
received during the Entry Period. Odds of winning a Grand Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received
during the Entry Period. Five (5) Grand Prizes will be made available, each consisting of a 3 day/2 night trip for winner
and one (1) guest to ESPN Headquarters, including: round trip coach air travel for winner and one (1) guest to Bradley
International Airport from the major gateway airport closest to winner’s residence; double occupancy hotel
accommodations for two (2) nights; meals while at trip destination (up to $150 per person, per day); airport/hotel transfers;
a visit ESPN Headquarters including the opportunity to meet ESPN radio talent selected by Prize Provider; a grand total of
$100 spending money awarded to winner in the form of a prepaid debit card, subject to terms printed/referenced on card;
swag selected by Prize Provider in its sole discretion; and a Sport Clips Care Kit. Airports, airlines, hotel, any other
elements of the Grand Prize, and any prize details not specified herein will be selected by Sponsor and/or Prize Provider
in their sole discretion. The total approximate retail value of each Grand Prize is $2,570.
