PRIZES AND THEIR APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”)
One (1) Grand Prize: Grand Prize consists of ten thousand dollars ($10,000) deposited into one (1) State 529 college savings plan account of Winner’s choice (such 529 account will be established by Administrator in the name of and on behalf of the Grand Prize winner) and an additional sum made payable to the Grand Prize Winner in the amount of three thousand, five hundred dollars ($3,500) that may be used by Grand Prize Winner to help pay applicable federal, state and local taxes associated with acceptance and use of Grand Prize; and

Three (3) First Prizes: Each First Prize consists of five thousand dollars ($5,000) deposited into one (1) State 529 college savings plan account of each First Prize Winner’s choice (each such 529 account will be established by Administrator in the name of and on behalf of the applicable First Prize winner) and an additional sum made payable to each First Prize Winner in the amount of one thousand, seven hundred and fifty dollars ($1,750) that may be used by each First Prize Winner to help pay applicable federal, state and local taxes associated with the acceptance and use of a First Prize. The total approximate retail value of all prizes: $33,750.
