Prize: (1 winner) Trip for winner and one guest to a destination to be communicated by Sponsor in advance of the trip (tentatively Los Angeles, California) to attend a live taping of THE X FACTOR Finale Performance show (not the “results” show), currently scheduled to occur on December 21, 2011. Exact travel dates will be determined at a later date, by Sponsor, in Sponsor’s sole discretion.
