PRIZES: One Grand Prize Winner receives one (1) Three Thousand US Dollars ($3,000 USD) Visa Gift Card (or CAD equivalent). Ten (10) secondary prize winners will each receive one (1) One Hundred US Dollar ($100 USD) Visa gift card (or CAD equivalent) (each, a “prize”). All amounts are in US currency; Canadian winners will receive the CAD equivalent at the Bank of Canada’s exchange rate applicable when the prizes are awarded. In addition to the Grand Prize, Sponsor will provide the verified Grand Prize winner with a single cash payment of up to Seven Hundred and Fifty US Dollars ($750 USD)] which is intended to help the winner pay any federal, state, or other tax obligations related to the prize (the “Tax Gross-Up Payment”).
