Entry Method No. 1: (i) visit www.livestrong.com/dare-your-moment/ (the “Dare Page”) during the Contest Period, (you must be or become a registered member of the LIVESTRONG.com web site); (ii) follow the instructions on the Dare Page to accept a Dare to ”Train for Your Moment”; and (iii) in the “Member Comments” section underneath the Dare, describe how you are “training for your moment” in five hundred (500) words or less.
 Entry Method No. 2: (i) visit http://www.facebook.com/livestrongcom/app_190957274374004  during the Contest Period; (ii) become a registered member of Facebook or sign in if you are a current registered member; and (iii) describe how you are “training for your moment” in five hundred (500) words or less on the LIVESTRONG.com Facebook sub-page.
 Entry Method No. 3: (i) visit www.livestrong.com/tweet-your-moment (the “Tweet Page”) during the Contest Period (you must be or become a registered member of Twitter); and (ii) tweet a description of how you are “training for your moment” in 140 characters or less, followed by the hashtag, #trainforyourmoment.
 Entry Method No. 4: submit a photo via the Instagram mobile app that visualizes how you are “training for your moment,” tagged with #trainforyourmoment.

 There is a limit of one (1) entry per person per Entry Method during the Contest Period. For the avoidance of doubt, during the Contest Period, entrants may submit one (1) entry per Entry Method, up to a total of four (4) entries, but may not use any single Entry Method more than once.

 Prizes; Disclaimer of Warranties; Release from Liability: One (1) Contest first prize winner will be selected from among all entries submitted via all four (4) Entry Methods to receive an Xbox Kinect console, a Nike+ Kinect Training game, plus $1,000 cash (total approximate retail value: $1,349.98).

 Four (4) Contest second prize winners will be selected (one (1) from each of the Entry Methods) to receive an Xbox Kinect console and a Nike+ Kinect Training game (total approximate retail value: $349.98).

 Twenty (20) Contest third prize winners will be selected (five (5) from each of the Entry Methods) to receive a $100 Nike gift card.

 Selection of Winners; Odds of Winning: After conclusion of the Contest Period, Sponsor’s editorial team will in its sole discretion determine the first prize, second prize, and third prize winners from all eligible and qualified entries received in accordance with these Official Rules based on the following criteria:

 (i) Content – skillful portrayal of contest theme;
 (ii) Creativity – creative, well thought-out entry; and
 (iii) Voice/Expression and Style – unique, authentic and compelling voice or visual expression
