KOHL’S The Voice and Kohl’s Sweepstakes
Five (5) separate and distinct Sweepstakes Entry Periods (also referred to as “Sweepstakes Periods”) comprise the Promotion Period.
Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in the jurisdiction of their residence, whichever is older).
During each Sweepstakes Entry Period, KOHL’S – @Kohls – will tweet a question related to the current airing and/or upcoming episode of The Voice. Send your answer via tweet, to KOHL’S containing the hashtag #TheVoice and @Kohls. (You must follow KOHL’S (@Kohls) on Twitter.) There will be five (5) separate questions in total, with one (1) question per Sweepstakes Entry Period.
Limit one (1) Entry per person per Sweepstakes Period. (Do NOT submit the same answer for multiple Sweepstakes Periods, as each Sweepstakes Period has its own, independent question.) Multiple entries and/or mass entry attempts will result in disqualification of all entries by such person/email address /Twitter account. Entries must be manually key-stroked by the Entrant; use of automated entry devices or programs, or entries by third parties by any method of entry, are prohibited. You may only use one (1) Twitter account to participate in the Sweepstakes.

Potential winner will be selected in a random drawing, on or about Wednesday, November 27, 2013 from among all eligible entries received during the five (5) Sweepstakes Entry Periods comprising the Promotion Period.
GRAND PRIZE (1 winner): Grand Prize winner will receive a 3-day/2-night trip for winner and one (1) guest to Los Angeles, CA to attend the tapings of the first half and second half of the finale episode of Season 5 of The Voice (“Show”) on 12/16/13 and 12/17/2013 (“Trip”). Trip includes the following:
– two (2) round trip economy-class tickets from the major airport close to winner’s residence to Los Angeles, CA (airport of departure to be selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion);
– a two (2) night stay in one (1) standard hotel room (double occupancy; hotel being of Sponsor’s sole choosing);
– round-trip ground transportation between Los Angeles, CA area airport, hotel and taping of Show;
– $500 spending cash;
– two (2) tickets per Show.
Total Approximate Retail Value of Grand Prize: $4,000.00
