The prizes detailed below shall constitute the Weekly Drawing and Grand Prize Drawing prizes available to be awarded in the Sweepstakes:
Weekly Drawing Prizes:Three (3) Weekly Drawing prizes will be awarded in each Weekly Drawing. The Weekly Drawing prizes for each Weekly Drawing are as follows:
Weekly Drawing #1:Kick Ass Poster (the approximate retail value [“ARV”] of each prize is $25)

The total ARV of all Weekly Drawing prizes in the Sweepstakes is $1,290.
*Specific T-shirts awarded are from available styles and sizes and determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
Grand Prize Drawing Prizes:
As stated above, there are two (2) Grand Prize Drawings in the Sweepstakes. The prizes in the Grand Prize Drawings are as follows:
Grand Prize Drawing #1 (1 prize available):The Grand Prize Drawing #1 prize consists of a 2-night trip (“Trip”) for the eligible Prize Winner and one (1) travel companion to San Diego, CA (“San Diego”) during specific dates of July 19 – July 21, 2013. Trip will include round trip coach class air transportation from a major commercial airport near winner’s home (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to San Diego; two (2) consecutive nights standard hotel accommodation (one room, double occupancy, room and tax only) at a San Diego-area hotel (“Hotel”) selected by Sponsor; non-exclusive ground transportation to and from airport and Hotel in San Diego; and admission for two (2) to Kick Ass 2/Playboy party tentatively scheduled for evening of July 19, 2013 (“Event). The ARV of Trip is $2,500.00. If winner elects to partake in any or all portions of his/her prize with no travel companion, the prize will be awarded to winner and any remainder of the prize will be forfeited and shall not be subject to further or alternative compensation. All elements of the prize must be redeemed at the same time, and no changes will be permitted after confirmation of any redemption. A Minor must be accompanied by his/her parent or legal guardian at all times.
Specific travel dates and arrangements are subject to air travel, and other prize and travel restrictions. Reservations are subject to availability. Winner must be able to travel on dates necessary to attend Event (as determined by Sponsor or its designee) or prize will be forfeited in its entirety. Travel dates are subject to Sponsor approval. ARV of prize may vary depending upon the points of departure, ground transportation, and/or airline fare fluctuations; any difference between stated ARV and final ARV of prize will not be awarded. Winner is responsible for any air travel taxes and/or expenses, including applicable departure taxes or fees, inspection charges, and security charges. Travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor or its designee. All prize elements must be redeemed at the same time.
If Grand Prize Drawing #1 winner lives within 150 miles of the Hotel (as determined by Sponsor or its designee), airfare will not be provided and no ground transportation or additional compensation will be provided in lieu thereof. Prize consists only of the elements expressly set forth above. Any costs associated with prize receipt and/or use that are not expressly stated above are not included in the Grand Prize and are the responsibility solely of the Grand Prize Drawing #1 winner and his/her travel companion. Such costs may include, without limitation, any unspecified ground transportation, any unspecified state or local taxes or government surcharges or fees, trip and travel insurance and premiums, excursions, souvenirs, gasoline, additional meals, drinks, incidentals, gratuities, telephone calls, charges for changing dates or other personal costs and expenses not specified herein and are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner and his/her travel companions. All travel arrangements are to be administered by Sponsor or its designee. Grand Prize winner and his/her travel companion will be required to travel on identical itineraries including the same departure city and date, destination and return date. Grand Prize winner and his/her travel companions will each be required to provide a valid government issued photo ID at time of travel as required by TSA authorities. Air transportation (if any is provided) and Hotel accommodations must be taken together and cannot be taken separately. No changes will be made to travel details once any element(s) of the travel arrangements have been booked except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. All airline tickets issued in conjunction with the prize are not eligible for frequent flyer miles or any other promotional benefit. No code-share flights, open tickets, one-way trips or upgrades allowed. Grand Prize Drawing #1 winner is solely responsible for any and all excess baggage charges, upgrades, taxes and any other charges incurred after or in connection with the issuance of airline tickets. Sponsor or its designee will not replace any lost or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates or similar items once they are in the Grand Prize Drawing #1 winner’s possession, or in the possession of the Grand Prize Drawing #1 winner’s travel companion. Prize travel is subject to capacity controls, availability and certain other restrictions, which may include a Saturday night stay, all of which are subject to change. Unless otherwise necessitated by prize provider, no stopovers are permitted on tickets issued as the prize; if a stopover otherwise occurs, the prize will terminate and full fare will be charged from the stopover point for the remaining trip segment(s), including the return. Once Hotel and flight arrangements have been confirmed, no changes will be allowed except by Sponsor. Once travel has commenced, tickets may not be reissued. Any unclaimed and/or unused prize travel package elements will be forfeited by the Grand Prize Drawing #1 winner and will remain the property of Sponsor. Releasees (as defined below) are not responsible for any changes or cancellation of Event. In the event that Event is canceled, the reminder of the prize as detailed above shall constitute the complete and total prize.
Grand Prize Drawing #2 (1 prize available):The Grand Prize Drawing #2 prize is a check in the amount of $1,000.
The total ARV of all prizes to be won in the Sweepstakes is $4,790.
