ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A trip for winner and winner’s fantasy football league members (up to a maximum of twelve (12) members in total) for two nights in February 2024, but subject to change, and the opportunity to attend a pop-up event featuring Rob Corddry (the “Comedian”). The league member who has the lowest score in the league at the end of the regular season will be the subject of the Comedian’s “Ultimate Meat Roast” during the trip. All details of “Meat Roast” will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. If the lowest-scoring league member is unable or unwilling to participate in the Meat Roast, the person with the next lowest score will be the subject of the Meat Roast, as determined by Sponsor and league members, in their sole discretion. The league members will also be required to allow the Comedian to join their private league, if possible, to observe the happenings of the season. Winner will also receive a check for $10,000 that may be used toward taxes. Collectively, this is referred to herein as the “Grand Prize” or “Trip Prize.” The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is: $28,840.

Trip Prize includes round trip, coach-class air transportation for winner and up to eleven (11) league members via a Sponsor-selected air carrier(s) from a major commercial airport selected by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion to a major airport near the destination city; two (2) nights’ hotel accommodations (standard room, double occupancy); and a check for $1,200 made out to the winner that may be used for transportation for self and league members and spending money.
