Prizes, Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): Grand Prize (1 winner): Winner will receive a trip for four (4) to New York City (September 22-25, 2011). Prize includes four (4) tickets to a live broadcast of Good Morning America and a tour of the studio on Friday, September 23; four (4) tickets to a showing of “The Lion King 3-D” on Friday, September 23 at The Ziegfeld Theatre; a private shopping spree experience at Disney Store Times Square on Saturday, September 24 from 8 am to 9 am, including store tour, personal shopper and participation in daily Unlock Imagination store-opening ceremony; $250 Disney Store Bonus Shopping Card; four (4) tickets to Disney’s The Lion King on Broadway and exclusive merchandise package on Saturday, September 24; and THE LION KING in Blu-ray ™ & DVD Combo Pack.

 Prize also includes round-trip air fare for four (4) on Delta Air Lines on scheduled service from the airport nearest the winner’s residence served by Delta Air Lines to New York, New York (airports of departure and arrival to be selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion), three (3) nights stay in one (1) standard hotel room (quadruple-occupancy) at Doubletree Guest Suites, NYC; and ground transportation to and from New York area airport and hotel. If winner’s residence is within 200 miles of New York City, as determined by Sponsor/Administrator in their sole discretion, airfare will not be provided to the winner.
