Grand Prize: (1 winner) 3-day/2-night trip for two to Nashville. Roundtrip coach air travel from major commercial/gateway airport nearest winner’s residence in the 48 contiguous United States to Nashville for two; 2-night standard accommodations at a hotel to be chosen by Sponsor (double occupancy), ground transportation between Nashville airport and hotel; visit a recording studio with Sarah Darling; Assist Sarah’s stylist in selecting her stage outfit; Hair and Makeup for a night on the town; Jewelry from Silpada Designs ($500 cash value); Tickets to see Sarah Darling perform at the Bluebird Café on September 25, 2010. Trip must take place between September 24, 2010 and September 27, 2010. Approximate retail value of prize: $2,200.00.

Sarah Darling’s participation is subject to her availability and professional commitments. In the event that Ms. Darling is not available, winner understands and agrees that meeting Ms. Darling has NO cash value and the Grand Prize shall consist of all of the above prize elements except for the opportunity to meet Ms. Darling. If winner is not available at times of Sponsor’s sole choosing between September 25, 2010 to September 27, 2010, winner will be disqualified with the Grand Prize being forfeited without compensation of any kind; and, Grand Prize will be awarded to an alternate winner selected from among all remaining eligible entries received. Trip is subject to availability and additional restrictions. Winner and guest must travel on same itinerary as set by Sponsor.

Grand Prize package does not include taxes, insurance, telephone charges, room service mini-bar and laundry services, personal expenses, gratuities, incidental charges, or any other items not specifically described in these Official Rules, and all expenses for any of the foregoing are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. The actual retail value of the Grand Prize may vary depending upon the point of departure and fare fluctuation. Final travel arrangements and choice of accommodation to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Grand Prize Winner and Guest must travel together on the same itinerary. If Grand Prize Winner lives within approximately 150 miles of Nashville (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion), winner will receive ground transportation or cash equivalent to Nashville and will not receive additional compensation of any kind in conjunction with such prize substitution. If the guest of the Grand Prize Winner is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, he/she must be accompanied by his/her parent/legal guardian, and such parent/legal guardian must pay his/her own expenses. No transfer, substitution or cash equivalent for any prizes will be permitted, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor due to prize unavailability for any reason, including but not limited to, cancellation, scheduling conflicts or an event of force majeure; and, in such circumstance, an alternate prize/prize component of equal value will be awarded and the Sponsor’s obligation to the winners will be fulfilled, and no other additional compensation will be provided.
