 Week 1 Healthy Diet: Share an original recipe which you consider to be healthy.

 Week 2 Mental Wellness: When you are well-rested, tell us what you can accomplish in one word.

 Week 3 Fitness: Share a fitness tip.

 Week 4 Soul: Share a way to give back to the community (ex. Giving to a charitable organization, volunteer work). Provide the name of a favorite charity (must be a legal 501(c)(3) or other legally recognized charity or not-for-profit organization in good standing).

 Week 5 Sleep: Complete entry form and sign up to receive future emails and communications from Beautyrest.

 To earn one (1) additional entry in Week 1: Lawfully create a Pinterest board on your personal Pinterest page. Pin minimally 5 original recipes that you consider healthy; copy and paste the link to your Pinterest board using the instructions on the entry form. Each pin’s caption must be titled #RechargeRecipes and include @Beautyrest

 To earn one (1) additional entry in Week 2: Lawfully create a Pinterest board on your personal Pinterest page. Pin minimally 5 original ideas that represent to you motivation, rejuvenation and wellness; copy and paste the link to your Pinterest board using the instructions on the entry form. Each pin’s caption must be titled #RechargeInspiration and include @Beautyrest.

 In order to receive the “additional entries” in Weeks 1 and 2, you must be a member of Pinterest.
