One (1) Grand Prize winner. Grand Prize consists of a 3-day/2-night trip for two (2) to New York City. Trip includes:
– roundtrip airfare for two (2) on a Sponsor-specified airline from major airport nearest winner’s residence to New York City, NY;
– two (2) nights hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy);
– a bone health consultation;
– Sponsor-specified age-defying beauty activities;
– Sponsor-specified meal for two (2) with Bayer clients;
– book authored by Dayle Haddon, the Citracal® spokesperson;
– a one-year supply of Citracal;
– Sponsor-specified age-defying beauty products; and
– $1,000.00 in spending money.

Total approximate retail value (ARV) of the prize is $3,374.00. Trip must be taken on dates agreed to by Sponsor, or will be forfeited. Travel requests shall be booked within 60 days of, but at least one week prior to, travel dates. In the event Grand Prize winner resides within 200 miles from New York City, winner will receive ground transportation in lieu of airfare. Any difference between the ground transportation and airfare will not be awarded.

Ten (10) First Prize winners. First Prize consists of one (1) year supply of Citracal and a signed copy of the book by Citracal spokesperson, Dayle Haddon, Ageless Beauty: A Woman’s Guide to Lifelong Beauty and Well-Being. Total approximate retail value (ARV) of each First Prize is $160.00.
