PRIZES/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (ARV)/ODDS: One (1) Grand Prize – A 3-day/2-night trip for winner and one (1) guest to the 2012 Auto-Plus® NHRA Nationals in Reading, PA (ARV $2,500). Prize includes round trip coach-class air transportation for winner and one (1) guest from major airport nearest winner’s home to Philadelphia, PA; 2-nights lodging for two (2) in a Philadelphia-area hotel (based on double occupancy); ground transportation to-from arrival airport/hotel and to-from hotel/event; three (3) meals each day (to be awarded in the form of a combination of sponsor-hosted meals and a per diem stipend to the winner); admission for two (2) to the NHRA Nationals on October 6-7, 2012; two (2) VIP Suite passes on October 6-7, 2012; two (2) VIP gifts ; and the winner will serve as the race Grand Marshall on October 7, 2012. Trip must be taken from October 5-7, 2012 or prize will be forfeited in its entirety. Winner and guests must travel on same itinerary. Trip prize will be scheduled by Sponsor at its sole discretion. Actual retail value of prize may vary depending on winner’s residence and may fluctuate due to market conditions, changes in value of components, (e.g. air transportation and hotel rates) and other reasons. If, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, air travel is not required due to winner’s proximity to Reading, PA, Sponsor will substitute air transportation with ground transportation between winner’s residence and hotel, and the difference in value will not be awarded. Grand Prize does not include taxes, tips, gratuities, meals (other than those indicated herein), service charges, laundry service, alcoholic beverages, merchandise, souvenirs, local and long distance telephone calls, airport charges, or any other service or item not specifically described above. One (1) First Prize – Admission for winner and one (1) guest to the 2012 Auto-Plus NHRA Nationals on October 6-7, 2012; two (2) Hospitality Passes; two (2) NHRA logo T-shirts; and two (2) NHRA logo Hats (ARV $400). In the event the 2012 Auto-Plus NHRA Nationals and/or any other component of the Grand or First prize is cancelled, delayed, or postponed for any reason outside the control of the Sponsor, Sponsor will have no further obligation, other than to award the remainder of the prize. Five (5) Second Prizes – An NHRA Logo Hat (ARV $15 ea.). Five (5) Third Prizes – An NHRA Logo T-shirt ($10 ea.). Total ARV of all prizes $3,025. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. All applicable federal, state, and local taxes on prize are the sole responsibility of the prize winners. Odds of winning depend on total number of eligible entries received from all methods combined. Grand Prize winner will receive a 1099 tax form for the approximate retail value of the prize.
