Grand Prize (two (2) Grand Prize winners): Each eligible participant confirmed as a Grand Prize winner shall receive a trip for up to four (4) (winner and three (3) verified guests, age 21 or older) to the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in Indio, CA during the Sponsor designated travel dates (scheduled for weekend #2 of the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival (or “Festival”): Friday, 4/18/2025 – Monday, 4/21/2025, based upon availability and subject to change. The Grand Prize has a maximum retail value not to exceed $17,200, and includes:
Up to *four (4) VIP 3-day passes to the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in Indio, CA for weekend #2 (April 18 – 20, 2025);
Up to *four (4) round-trip coach class airfare (for winner and three (3) verified guests, age 21 or older) from the nearest major airport to the winner’s home as designated by Sponsor to the Sponsor designated airport servicing the Los Angeles, CA metro area (LAX, ONT [San Bernardino], or PSP [Palm Springs]). Actual departure date, times, airline and airports based upon availability and shall be solely determined by Sponsor (scheduled for Friday, 4/18/2025 – Monday, 4/21/2025). Winner and their guest(s) must travel together on same itinerary as set by Sponsor.
NOTE: If a winner resides within 250-miles of Indio, CA (as determined by Administrator in its sole discretion), Sponsor reserves the right to award a $1,000.00 travel stipend in lieu of air transportation.
Up to *two (2) standard hotel rooms, each for three (3)-nights’ accommodations and double occupancy, at a standard hotel as solely designated by Sponsor in Indio, CA area (based upon availability); check-in and check-out dates as solely specified by Sponsor, scheduled for Friday, 4/18/2025 – Monday, 4/21/2025 (4 days/3-nights);
One (1) $1,000 gift card for Grand Prize winner which may be used towards travel expenses, from gift card provider as solely determined and designated by Sponsor. Gift card subject to the terms and conditions of the gift card policy from the issuing provider, including any expiration. (Receipt of gift card is contingent upon acceptance of other elements of Grand Prize.)
Travel arrangements will be provided by the Administrator and must be made a minimum of fourteen (14) days prior to traveling except as otherwise provided by Sponsor/Administrator. Approximate Retail Value of each Grand Prize is $17,200.00 (depending on number of passes awarded). Total maximum Approximate Retail Value of all available Grand Prizes: $34,400.00.
