PRIZE (“Prize”) & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”):
a. One (1) Grand Prize: The Winner will receive one (1) four (4)day/three (3) night trip to the Walt Disney World® Resort (“Resort”) for the Winner and up to three (3) guests (individually, “Guest”) (collectively, “Group”), consisting of the following elements for the Group (“Trip”): [a] hotel accommodations for three (3) consecutive nights at a Sponsor-selected Resort hotel (one (1) standard room, quad occupancy); [b] 4-day Magic Your Way® tickets with Park Hopper® option to enjoy the four fabulous theme parks at the Resort; [c] one (1) Disney Gift Card in the amount of $400, which must be used in accordance with the terms and conditions on the Disney Gift Card; [d] if Winner resides more than two hundred fifty (250) miles from the Resort, round-trip coach air transportation on a Sponsor selected carrier between a Sponsor-selected major gateway airport in the Territory near Winner’s residence (“airport of origin”) and Orlando International Airport and [e] airport/hotel transfers. Trip must be commenced after 7/31/12 and completed by 8/1/13 (“Fulfillment Period”). Trip must be booked at least 45 days in advance. Travel and lodging are subject to availability, restrictions, block-out dates and Sponsor’s approval. No extension for the Trip use (or any portion thereof) will be granted. All expenses not specifically mentioned above are not included and are solely the Winner’s responsibility including, but not limited to: transportation to the Resort if Winner resides two hundred fifty (250) miles or less from the Resort, round trip transportation between the Winner’s residence and the airport of origin, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, food, gratuities and tips, incidental and personal expenses, insurance, laundry service, local and long distance telephone calls, merchandise, mini-bar, parking, room service, service charges and souvenirs. Theme Park attractions and entertainment are seasonal and subject to change without notice. The Trip must be taken during the Fulfillment Period or Prize will be forfeited in its entirety. ARV: $4,869, which will vary depending upon point of departure and fluctuation of hotel rates and airfares).
b. Grand Prize Upgrade if Winner Finds the Tenth Hidden Mickey: Services of one (1) Disney VIP Tour Guide for eight (8) hours on one (1) day (ARV: $2,360).
TOTAL ARV OF THE PRIZE WITH UPGRADE: $7,229.
