Grand Prize: (1 winner) 4-day/3-night trip for winner and three guests to attend the filming of the 2009 Disney Channel Games at a city to be determined on Sponsor-selected dates in April-May, 2009. Grand Prize consists of the following elements for the Group: 3-nights accommodations and room tax at a Sponsor-selected hotel (standard room, quad occupancy) in the City; $600 cash for meals and other incidentals (winner only); if Winner’s residence is more than two hundred fifty (250) miles from the City, round-trip coach air transportation on a Sponsor-selected carrier between a Sponsor-selected major metropolitan airport near Winner’s residence and a Sponsor-selected major airport in or near the City and airport/hotel transfers. Airline carrier and hotel regulations and conditions apply. All expenses not specifically mentioned herein are not included and are solely the Winner’s responsibility, including but not limited to: roundtrip transportation between the Winner’s residence and the hotel if Winner resides within two hundred fifty (250) miles from the City, round-trip transportation between the Winner’s residence and any airport of origin; alcoholic beverages, fax, food, gratuities and tips, insurance, laundry service, merchandise, parking, room service, service charges, souvenirs and telephone calls. Travel and lodging are subject to availability, certain restrictions and Sponsor’s approval. ARV: $10,000, which will vary depending upon points of departure and destination and seasonal fluctuation of hotel rates and airfares. In the event for any reason beyond Sponsor’s control the Event is cancelled, postponed or delayed, the Sponsor will award the remainder of the prize with no further obligation to the Winner. All travel must be conducted on Sponsor-selected dates. Dates of departure and return are subject to change at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prize elements may not be separated. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. Airline tickets issued in conjunction with the Grand Prize are not eligible for frequent flyer miles, and no code share flights may be used.
