Prize: There will be one (1) and only one (1) prize consisting of the following (collectively, “Prize”):

U.S. to Seattle / SEA-TAC Airport, courtesy of Alaska Airlines (airport, type of airplane, class
and location of seats, date and times of flights, and all other requirements and details of flights
to be determined by Alaska Airlines in its sole discretion).
▪ A complimentary, exclusive guided tour of Space Needle with special photo ops on the
Observation Deck, Revolving Glass Floor, Loupe Level, and/or other locations within the Space

▪ A 3-night stay at luxury Downtown Seattle hotel with a view of Space Needle (date and
times, hotel and room type, and all other details of accommodations to be determined by Space
Needle in its sole discretion. Parking not included).
▪ Photo opportunity at Gate N7 Seattle / SEA-TAC Airport.
▪ Coordinated itinerary to experience 4-5 locations from the “Sleepless In Seattle” motion
picture (date and times and all locations and transportation, and all other details of itinerary
subject to be determined by Space Needle in its sole discretion Parking not included).

transportation or other costs and expenses associated with utilizing the CityPasses are included
and are sole the responsibility of the prize winner. Reservations and other restrictions may be

NEW YORK CITY EXPERIENCE:

/ SEA-TAC Airport to New York City, courtesy of Alaska Airlines (airport, type of airplane,
class and location of seats, date and times of flights, and all other requirements and details of

▪ A complimentary, guided tour of the Empire State Building that showcases all the famous
elements of the film (date and times and all locations to be determined by ESRT Observatory
TRS, LLC in its sole discretion).
▪ Access to Green Room, which is normally only accessible by the Empire State Building’s

▪ In partnership with NYC tourism board, complimentary CityPass for two (2) to experience a
host of other city activities/attractions like Circle Line Sightseeing Cruises, Guggenheim
Museum and more must-see attractions beyond the Empire State Building (no transportation
or other costs and expenses associated with utilizing the CityPass are included and are sole the
responsibility of the prize winner. Reservations and other restrictions may be required at some

The Prize is worth a total of approximately Twelve
Thousand Two Hundred Fifty U.S. Dollars ($12,250)
