Prizes and Approximate Retail Values (“ARV”):

Two (2) Grand Prizes: A 4-day/3-night trip for two (2) to a Sponsor-specified location to attend the red carpet premiere of The Batman (the “Picture”) in February 2022 (“movie premiere”). Trip includes round-trip economy air transportation for two (2) from the major airport nearest winner’s home to Sponsor-specified location where movie premiere will take place, use of 4-day car rental, hotel accommodations for three (3) nights (based on double-occupancy), two (2) tickets to the movie premiere screening and $1,700 awarded in the form of a check to help offset taxes. (ARV: Up to $7,338 each).

Four (4) First Prizes: Each prize will consist of one (1) hometown movie screening of the Picture for the winner and up to fifty (50) people and $450, awarded in the form of a check to help offset taxes. (ARV: Up to $1,950 each).

Two (2) Second Prizes: A Sponsor-selected prop replica from the Picture (ARV: $100 each)

Twenty (20) Third Prizes: A signed poster from the Picture (ARV: $20 each).

Four hundred forty-eight (448) Weekly Prizes Total per week, as follows:

One-hundred six (106) prizes of one (1) Fandango Promo Code (as defined below) (ARV: $15 each)
One hundred thirty-two (132) Little Caesars Merchandise (ARV: $20 each)
Two hundred ten (210) Little Caesars Merchandise (ARV: $10 each)
