Prize: (1 winner) 4-day/3-night trip for Winner and up to three guests to Universal Orlando Resort in Orlando, Florida. Trip includes the following elements, all as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion: 1) round-trip coach class air transportation for Winner and up to three Guests from a major commercial airport near Winner’s home (as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion) to one of the major airports nearest Orlando, FL; 2) 3-nights standard hotel accommodation (one room, double occupancy room) at an on-site hotel (as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion); 3) ground transportation to and from airport and hotel in Orlando, FL; and 4) 3-day two park tickets for both Universal Orlando Theme Parks for Winner and up to three Guests. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Prize is $3258.12

ARV of Prize may vary depending upon the points of departure, ground transportation, and/or airline fare fluctuations; any difference between stated ARV and final ARV of Prize will not be awarded. All details of Prize will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a similar Prize (or Prize element) of comparable or greater value at their sole discretion. All taxes and other expenses, costs, or fees associated with the acceptance and/or use of Prize are the sole responsibility of Winner. Prize cannot be transferred by Winner or redeemed for cash and is valid only for the items detailed above, with no substitution of Prize by Winners. If Prize is unclaimed within a reasonable time after notification from Sponsor, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, it will be forfeited, and time permitting, an alternate Winner may be selected from the remaining eligible Entries at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

If Winner elects to partake in any or all portions of his/her Prize with fewer than three Guests or no Guest, the remaining elements of Prize shall be awarded to Winner and each participating Guest and shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsor’s Prize obligation to Winner and no additional compensation will be awarded. All elements of the Prize must be redeemed at the same time, and no changes will be permitted after confirmation of any redemption. If Winner is between the ages of eighteen (18) and twenty-one (21), he/she must be accompanied by an adult of at least twenty-one (21) years of age in order to check into the on-site hotel. Specific travel dates and arrangements are subject to air travel, holiday, blackout dates, and other prize and travel restrictions. Trip must be completed within one (1) year of notification or Prize will be forfeited. Reservations are subject to availability. Trip must be booked at least sixty (60) days prior to intended departure date. Travel dates are subject to Prize Provider and Sponsor approval. Travel and hotel arrangements will be determined by Prize Provide and Sponsor in their sole discretion. Once determined, no change, extension, or substitution of travel dates and/or times is permitted, except by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Winner and Guest(s) must travel together on the same itinerary. Tickets are not valid for business-related or group travel. Tickets are valid only for travel on airline chosen by Sponsor in its sole discretion. A Saturday night stay-over may be required. Tickets will be issued only to Winner and Guest(s). Tickets are void if sold for cash or other consideration. Winner is responsible for any tax liability (including applicable departure taxes or fees, including baggage fees), inspection charges, and security charges. Once issued, tickets are nontransferable and may not be reissued once travel has commenced. Open tickets may not be issued and stopovers are not permitted. Winner and Guest(s) must have valid travel documents (e.g., valid, government-issued photo identification and/or passport) prior to departure. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of Prize. Sponsor and Prize Provider shall have no responsibility or liability for cancellations, delays, or any other change by any company or person providing any element of Prize due to reasons beyond Sponsor’s or Prize Provider’s control, and are not responsible or liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence thereof. Travel may not be combined with any other offer and may not qualify for frequent flyer miles or hotel points. All travel will be at the risk of Winner and Guest(s). Sponsors will not replace any lost or stolen tickets, vouchers, or certificates. In the event of an act of God or an unforeseen, uncontrollable event, Sponsor and Prize Provider reserve the right to reschedule all travel for a later date. Guest(s), if any, may be required to execute and return a release of liability and, except where prohibited, a publicity release (collectively, “Guest Documents”), which must be returned with the Promotion Documents, or Guest portion of Prize will be forfeited. If Guest is a minor, Winner must be such minor’s parent or legal guardian and must execute and return the Guest Documents on such minor’s behalf. Tickets are non-refundable. Prize consists only of the elements expressly set forth above; no other elements or expenses (including, without limitation, insurance, meals, unspecified ground transportation, phone calls, gratuities, incidentals, souvenirs, gasoline, etc.) are included in the Prize and all such expenses are the sole responsibility of Winner. Winner is responsible for any and all fees assessed at the time of ticketing, including, but not limited to, air travel taxes and/or expenses, applicable departure taxes or fees, inspection charges, and security charges. Travel arrangements must be made through Prize Provider All Prize elements must be redeemed at the same time.
