PRIZES. Twenty-five (25) First Prizes and One (1) Grand Prize.

FIRST PRIZES: Twenty-five (25) First Prizes will be awarded, each consisting of one (1) pair of tickets (each pair, a “Prize”) to one of the twenty-five (25) live concert Event performances of the 30 Seconds to Mars set forth above. Each Prize winner will be determined in a random drawing from among all entries received during that particular Entry Period. Entrants must request their sole preferred Event location at time of entry. Transportation to and from the Event is not included and winners will be solely responsible. Approximate retail value of each First Prize (ARV): $60.

GRAND PRIZE: One (1) GRAND PRIZE, consisting of a trip to the May 15, 2010 date in Los Angeles, CA for two including: (a) round-trip coach air transportation for two to Los Angeles, CA (the “Destination”) from a major airport nearest winner’s residence; (b) two nights tourist class hotel accommodations (one double occupancy room and room tax only); and (c) two (2) tickets to the May 15, 2010 30 Seconds to Mars concert. (ARV: $1,500). Travel and hotel accommodations are subject to availability.

Total ARV of all prizes to be awarded: $3,000.00
