(1) The Entry Period for the first promotion is: 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on Wednesday, April 25, 2012 and ends at 9:59 a.m. PT on Wednesday, May 2, 2012.

(2) The Entry Period for the second promotion is: 10:00 a.m. PT on Wednesday, May 2, 2012 and ends at 9:59 a.m. PT on Wednesday, May 9, 2012.

(3) The Entry Period for the third promotion is: 10:00 a.m. PT on Wednesday, May 9, 2012 and ends at 9:59 a.m. PT on Wednesday, May 16, 2012.

Limit of one (1) Entry per person per promotion Entry Period regardless of the method of entry.
A total of five (5) Prizes will be given away for the Sweepstakes. Two (2) Prizes will be given away for each of the first and second. One (1) Prize will be given away for the third promotion. The “Prize” to be awarded to each Winner will consist of a trip to the Scion Rock Fest concert in Tampa, Florida on June 2, 2012 as follows: (i) two (2) roundtrip economy/coach airline tickets for the Winner and one (1) companion via a Sponsor-selected air carrier from a major commercial airport selected by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion; (ii) a two (2)-night hotel stay (one (1) standard room based on double occupancy) for the Winner and one (1) companion in Tampa, Florida; and (iii) two (2) tickets to the Scion Rock Fest concert on June 2, 2012 in Tampa, Florida. The total approximate retail value (“ARV”) for each Prize is: One Thousand Four Hundred and Twenty Dollars ($1,420.00) (USD).
