Grand Prize (1): Trip for winner and three (3) guests to attend a Katy Perry concert in Santa Barbara, CA scheduled to take place on August 13, 2011. Trip prize includes:
 • round-trip coach air transportation (from gateway city nearest winner’s United States home) to a major airport near Santa Barbara, California,
 • two (2) nights quadoccupancy hotel accommodations,
 • four (4) tickets to attend the Katy Perry concert,
 • four (4) Meet and Greet passes,
 • $1,500 cash (awarded in the form of a check or wire transfer payable to winner),
 • four (4) prize packages for winner and guests and
 • ground transportation for winner and guests to and from airport to hotel.

 Winner must be able to travel from August 12, 2011 through August 14, 2011 or prize may be forfeited.Travel and accommodations are subject to availability and change. All travel must be taken on dates specified or prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate; no alternative travel dates are available. Selection of airline and hotels are solely within Sponsor’s discretion. Meals, gratuities, luggage fees, incidental hotel charges, and all other expenses not specified herein are solely the winner’s responsibility. Winner and guests must have all necessary identification and/or travel documents (e.g., a valid U.S. driver’s license) required for travel. Winner and his/her guests must travel on the same itinerary. If winner is eligible, but a minor in his/her state of residence, the travel guest must be winner’s parent or legal guardian. A minor may accompany winner as a travel guest only if the winner is the minor’s parent or legal guardian. Minors must be accompanied at all times during trip (including, but not limited to, in-flight, hotel stay and all prize-related events) by minor’s parent or legal guardian. Travel guests must sign
 and return a travel release before any ticketing of travel occurs. Once travel guests are selected, they may not be substituted, except in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Airline tickets are non-refundable/non-transferable and are not valid for upgrades and/or frequent flyer miles. All airline tickets are subject to flight variation, work stoppages, and schedule or route changes. If in the judgment of Sponsor, air travel is not required due to winner’s proximity to Santa Barbara, CA, ground transportation will be substituted for roundtrip air travel at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Sponsor shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitution or any act or omissions whatsoever by the air carriers, hotels, venue operators, transportation companies, prize providers or any other persons providing any Grand Prize-related services or accommodations. If concert portion of prize is cancelled after ticketing, only the remaining portion of the prize will be awarded. Grand Prize winner and guests are also responsible for obtaining travel insurance (and all other forms of insurance) at their option and hereby acknowledge that Sponsor has not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance. Lost, stolen or damaged airline tickets, travel vouchers or certificates will not be replaced or exchanged. Winner must accept prize as specified by Sponsor or prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Approximate Retail Value: $5,600.00. Actual retail value depends on city/day/time of departure. Any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded. Winner will be issued an IRS 1099 tax form for the value of the prize.
