Prize: (1 winner) One-week spa destination stay at Rancho La Puerta. This prize package includes round trip ground transportation to/from Rancho La Puerto and to/from the San Diego, CA airport , double occupancy hotel accommodations; all meals (spa cuisine) and non-alcoholic beverages, access to over 50 fitness and wellness classes a day, facilities, and evening workshops. Prize does not include spa services, cooking class or airfare. (ARV $3,000). Prize subject to any and all applicable terms and conditions. Black out dates apply, subject to availability and valid from June 1, 2012-December 31, 2012 and June 1, 2013-December 31, 2013. Not for resale. Any depictions of prizes are for illustrative purposes only. All federal, state and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. All other expenses not specifically listed herein are solely the winner’s responsibility including, but not limited to, sales taxes and all incidental expenses. Winner will be sent an IRS Federal 1099-MISC tax form for the retail value of any prize at or above $600. No transfer, refund, substitution or replacement of prize permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value (or cash equivalent). ARV of all prizes is in U.S. dollars. All prizes will be awarded within 1 year of receipt of valid and executed winners’ affidavit or prize confirmation. Any portion of the prize not accepted or unclaimed and/or unused by the winner will be forfeited and will not be substituted.
