You may submit a nomination to NFM during the Nomination Period (“Entry”) by entering the full name and contact information of the nominee on nfm.com/nurses-week (the “Website”). Each name submitted by an individual counts as one (1) Entry. Multiple nominations of the same individual will count as one (1) Entry. The number of times a nominee is entered will not increase the likelihood of that nominee being selected as a Winner.
PRIZE: There will be a total of eighteen (18) Prizes (each a “Prize”) awarded. Each Spotlighted Nominee who completes the Spotlight Documents will be a prize winner (“Winner”) and will receive a $500 gift card to NFM.
