Winner Determination: On or about 7:30 PM CT on Sunday, March 27, 2022*, the two (2) Pre-Event Finalists and one (1) Event Finalist (collectively, the “Finalists”) will meet on the REDCREST EXPO Main Performance Stage to play the Grand Prize Game (the “Grand Prize Game”). A representative of the Sponsor will determine the order in which each Finalist will play the Grand Prize Game by random draw. One by one, in the order determined by random draw, each Finalist will select one (1) key from the available fifteen (15) keys and attempt to use the key to start the Toyota Tundra present at the REDCREST EXPO Main Performance Stage (the “Event Vehicle”). The number of available keys will diminish as the Grand Prize Game is played. Only one (1) key (the “Winning Key”) of the fifteen (15) available keys will start the Event Vehicle. The Game will continue until a Finalist selects the Winning Key and starts the Event Vehicle. The Finalist that selects the Winning Key will be declared the potential Grand Prize Winner. The remaining two (2) Finalists will each be deemed a Runner-Up Prize Winner.
Grand Prize: There is one (1) Grand Prize, available to be won by one (1) winner (“Grand Prize Winner”), which shall consist of one (1) 2022 Toyota Tundra Limited1 with a Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (“MSRP”) of $58,000.00e
