One (1) Grand Prize: Winner’s choice of one (1) of the following prize options:

 Sponsor will (i.) arrange for a private chef to cook one (1) meal per month at your home for twelve (12) consecutive months and (ii.) provide a twelve (12) month subscription to Office 365 Home Premium. Exact dates of private chef meal preparation are subject to availability of chef. Prize includes food purchase and meal preparation. Professional chef services are subject to the terms and conditions of the professional chef selected by the Sponsor. Retail value of this prize option not to exceed five-thousand dollars ($5,000).

 Sponsor will (i.) arrange for a professional cleaning service to clean your house or apartment one (1) time per month for twelve (12) consecutive months and (ii.) provide a twelve (12) month subscription to Office 365 Home Premium. Prize includes a two-hour cleaning appointment per month, subject to the terms and conditions of the cleaning vendor’s standard contract. Cleaning service will provide /use their own cleaning supplies. Retail value of this prize option not to exceed five-thousand dollars ($5,000).

 Sponsor will (i.) arrange for a car service to provide winner with one (1) round-trip car trip per month for twelve (12) consecutive months and (ii.) provide a twelve (12) month subscription to Office 365 Home Premium. Each round-trip is limited to fifty (50) total miles per trip and includes one (1) hour of driver waiting time per trip. Subject to terms, conditions and regulations of the car service vendor. Retail value of this prize option not to exceed five-thousand dollars ($5,000).

 Sponsor will (i.) arrange for winner to have one (1) five-hour consultation with a professional organizer / designer and a three-thousand ($3,000) dollar budget to techorate your home with the organizer / designer and (ii.) provide a twelve (12) month subscription to Office 365 Home Premium. Subject to terms, conditions and fee structure of the organizer / designer selected by the Sponsor. Retail value of this prize option not to exceed five-thousand dollars ($5,000).

 Vendors / prize providers will be selected by the Sponsor. If Sponsor determines that there is not a suitable prize vendor / prize provider in the Grand Prize winner’s town of residence, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a cash alternative of $5,000 in lieu of the prize option selected by the Grand Prize winner. Prize services are subject to the standard terms and conditions of the prize vendor / provider. In lieu of the prize options listed above, the winner may elect to receive a cash alternative of $5,000 payable in the form of a check. Approximate Value of Grand Prize is $5,000.00. In no case will the retail value of any prize option offered exceed $5.000.00.
