To enter via email, during the Registration Period, submit an email to CuervoContest@mdmgames.com. You must include ‘Jose Cuervo Cinco Sweepstakes’ in the subject line, along with an image of your favorite Mexican meal, and the name of a local Mexican restaurant (see criteria above for eligible local, independent Mexican restaurant locations), along with your complete name, valid email address, residential mailing address (including city, state and zip code), birth date and phone number (including area code) in the body of the email. No automated entries allowed. Incomplete or illegible email entries will be disqualified. Maximum one (1) email entry per person per day. All email entries must be received by 11:59:59pm ET on 5/6/20 to be eligible.
