submit the registration form. Then follow the links and instructions to save the registration
form as a PDF with the barcode present. Then email the PDF to
AlternateEntry@prizelogic.com by the end date of the respective Entry Period. An entry
via this method is worth one (1) entry. An entrant may enter one (1) time per day during
the Sweepstakes Period via this method. Following this method of entry, an entrant will
receive one (1) entry into the applicable Entry Period.
Limit: Regardless of method of entry, an entrant will receive no more than one (1) entry per day during the Sweepstakes Period.
PRIZES, APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”), AND ODDS OF WINNING:
