Grand Prize: (1 winner) Round trip coach class airfare for two people from the major airport closest to Grand Prize Winner’s place of residence to Boca Raton, FL, including ground transportation between the Boca Raton airport and the Boca Raton Resort & Club; 3-nights accommodations at the Boca Raton Resort & Club on Nov 10-12; Invitations for two people to the Celebrity Classic Cocktail party at the Boca Raton Resort & Club, Friday, November 11, 2011; Opportunity for one person to participate in the Pro-Am Tennis event, including a catered lunch at the Boca Raton Resort & Club, on Friday, November 11th. This is a unique opportunity to participate in the Pro-Am Tennis event, playing a few sets in a one-on-one setting with Chris Evert. Chris Evert, celebrity participants, and tennis-pros will be on court to hit balls and give pointers; invitations for two people to the Gala Dinner Dance for the Event at the Boca Raton Resort & Club, Saturday, November 12, 2011; Two Skyview Box Seats for each session (on November 12 and 13, 2011) of the Pro-Celebrity event at the Delray Beach Tennis Center. Well-known personalities join Chris Evert in competitive matches throughout the weekend to raise money for charity; One parking pass for two days during the Event weekend; VIP wrist bands for two people to access the VIP lounge for lunch for two days during the Event weekend; Miscellaneous/food allowance of $200.00 per day for 3 days. (ARV $8,500)

 All other expenses not specified herein are not included in the Grand Prize, including but not limited to: transportation to or from the Grand Prize Winner’s home from or to the airport; additional parking; rental car fees; meals for Grand Prize Winner and guest in connection with travel to or stay in Boca Raton, FL (other than the meals and miscellaneous/food allowance that are included in any component of the Grand Prize as described in this Section); applicable taxes; telephone, fax or cable charges imposed while using any accommodations; personal services and expenses such as laundry, valet, room service; gratuities; optional tours; insurance; medical travel documents; and other incidental costs and any other costs not specifically stated herein as being included. Such additional expenses are the responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner and his/her guest.

 Grand Prize Winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary and make all reservations at least thirty (30) days in advance of trip. Airline, tickets and hotel accommodation will be chosen by Sponsor. All travel must be completed on the dates specified by Sponsor.

 The Grand Prize has an approximate retail value of $8,500.00. Grand Prize value may fluctuate based on demand and availability and Grand Prize Winner’s point of travel origin. Any differences between the stated approximate retail value and the actual value will not be awarded. In the event the Grand Prize Winner elects not to participate in all designated activities associated with the Grand Prize, the Grand Prize Winner will not be afforded any additional compensation or exchange therefore.
Runners-Up: (4 winners) Four General Admission Seats for the November 12 and 13, 2011 sessions of the Pro-Celebrity event at the Delray Beach Tennis Center, and two parking passes for the event. Transportation not provided. (ARV $130)
