PRIZE AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE:
 an eight (8) day/seven (7) night all – inclusive trip for Grand Prize Winner
 and one (1) guest (individually “Guest”, and collectively “Group”) to the
 RIU Jalisco – Puerto Vallarta, Mexico (“Trip”). The specific destination will
 be announced by the Show’s host on Monday, May 6, 2013 during the
 Show. The Trip will include the following for the Group: (a) one (1) coachclass round trip airfare per Guest from a major US Gateway nearest
 Winner’s residence to a major commercial airport nearest trip destination
 (“Destination”), (b) one (1) room/double occupancy hotel
 accommodations, at the RIU Jalisco (c) all – inclusive, portion of prize will
 be subject to all terms & conditions of the RIU Jalisco, Resort, and (d)
 airport/hotel transfers at Destination. Approximate retail value (“ARV”)
 of Trip: $5,000.
