a skill contest where participants must submit via Twitter solutions to puzzles, photo challenges and essay questions (“Solutions”) to win prizes.

 you must be: (1) a legal resident of and physically located in Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Ireland, Indonesia, Netherlands, Philippines, Russia, Singapore, Spain, South Korea, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, the United Kingdom or the 50 United States and the District of Columbia; (2) above the age of majority in the state or jurisdiction where you reside at the time of entry; (3) have access to the Internet as of April 28 2011; and (4) a registered member of Twitter who is an active follower of the GoogleNexus Twitter feed.

 begins at 12:00:00 A.M. Pacific Time (PT) Zone in the United States on April 28 2011 and ends at 11:59:59 P.M. PT on May 8 2011,

 Because this contest spans many countries with different time zones, we will post new photo challenges, puzzles, and essay questions the questions at different times to ensure each region receives a question during their normal day hours as follows, unless an announcement on the @googlenexus Twitter account states otherwise 24 hours in advance:
