Grand Prize: (4 winners) $20,000 cash option; OR $8,000 cash (awarded in the form of a check or wire transfer) payable to winner which may be used towards a room makeover, and a trip for him/herself and one guest to winner’s choice of one of four destinations: (a) India; (b) France; (c) Tuscany; and (d) Bora Bora. Room Makeover consists of a two hour consultation with a professional designer. Winner may use consultation recommendations from professional designer to create a makeover for one room in winner’s home. Consultant will talk to the winner about his/her personal style and tastes as well as the functionality of the makeover room. Based on preferred style and function, the consultant will present makeover option. Actual makeover design and execution is at the sole discretion, and responsibility of the winner. Trip consists of round-trip coach air transportation (from major airport near winner’s home within the U.S.) for winner and his/her guest, double-occupancy hotel accommodations for 6-nights, and ground transportation to/from airport/hotel in destination location and $2,000 spending money (awarded in the form of a check, payable to winner). Travel must be completed by December 31, 2012. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability and change. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for canceled, delayed, suspended or rescheduled events (including, but not limited to airline flights) or any act or omissions whatsoever by the air carriers, hotels, venue operators, transportation companies, prize providers or any other persons providing any Grand Prize-related services or accommodations beyond its control. Selection of airline and hotel are solely within Sponsor’s discretion. Exact travel dates and arrangements subject to availability. Ground transportation (other than as stated above), meals, gratuities, luggage fees, incidental hotel charges, and all other expenses not specified herein are solely the winner’s responsibility. Travel guest must sign and return a travel release before any ticketing or travel occurs. Winner and guest must have all necessary identification and/or travel documents (e.g., a valid U.S. driver’s license and passport) required for travel. Winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary. If winner is eligible, but a minor in his/her state of residence, the travel guest must be winner’s parent or legal guardian. A minor child may accompany winner as travel guest only if minor’s parent or legal guardian is the winner. Minor must be accompanied at all times during trip (including, but not limited to, in-flight, hotel stay and all prize-related events) by minor’s parent or legal guardian. Once the travel guest is selected, he/she may not be substituted, except in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Airline tickets are non-refundable/non-transferable and are not valid for upgrades and/or frequent flyer miles. All airline tickets are subject to flight variation, work stoppages, and schedule or route changes. Additional prize award details and travel information may be provided to the Grand Prize winner at the time of notification. Grand Prize winner and guest are also responsible for obtaining travel insurance (and all other forms of insurance) at their option and hereby acknowledge that Sponsor has not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance. Lost, stolen or damaged airline tickets, travel vouchers or certificates will not be replaced or exchanged. Actual retail value depends on city/day/time of departure. (ARV: $20,000)
