Grand Prize(1). The Grand Prize is a trip for two (2) people to Lake Tahoe, California during the 2013/2014 ski season which consists of and is limited to the following: (i) round-trip domestic U.S. coach air travel for two (2) people between the major metropolitan airport nearest to prize winner’s primary residence (in the event of any dispute, airport shall be as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) and the Reno-Tahoe International Airport (carrier, seating, and travel dates and times as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); provided, however, if winner’s primary residence is within a reasonable distance from such destination, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, Sponsor may substitute ground transportation with air travel, (ii) three (3) nights lodging for two (2) people at Resort at Squaw Creek (one (1) double occupancy standard one (1) bedroom condominium, building, room and dates as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion), (iii) two (2) lift tickets valid for four (4) days consecutive skiing at Squaw Valley (dates as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion; lift tickets subject to the terms, conditions, limitations and restrictions thereof; ski equipment and apparel not included), (iv) ground transportation for two (2) people between the Reno-Tahoe International Airport and Resort at Squaw Creek (method of transportation as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) and (v) two (2) North Face Thermoball jackets (gender, size and color may be requested by winner; however available jackets will be as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). Prize components are subject to availability and blackout dates.
Second Prize(8) A Second Prize consists of and is limited to one (1) North Face Thermoball jacket (gender, size and color may be requested by winner; however available jacket will be as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion).
