 For Grand Prize winners (5): A $5,000 American Express Gift Card and a $5,000 donation made by Sponsor on behalf of the winner to the non-profit charity organization of Grand Prize winner’s choice. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $5,000 each.

 For Charities (5) (One (1) donation on behalf of each Grand Prize winner): Sponsor will make a $5,000 donation (in the form of a check) on behalf of Grand Prize winner to a charity of Grand Prize winner’s choice (subject to approval by Sponsor, in its sole discretion).
