Grand Prize: (1 winner) 3-day/2-night trip for the Grand Prize winner and one (1) guest to attend the premiere of “Killers”, which includes two tickets to the Premiere, round-trip, coach class air transportation for two from the airport nearest Grand Prize Winner’s home within the U.S. to the location of the Premiere, one double occupancy standard hotel room for two nights at a hotel in destination city designated by the Sponsor, and ground transportation to and from the airport to the hotel and ground transportation to and from the hotel to the Premiere. Approximate Retail Value of the Grand Prize is: $4,500, depending upon winner’s point of travel origin and airfare fluctuations at the time of taking the trip. If Grand Prize winner resides within close enough proximity to the location of the Premiere such that Sponsor determines that airfare is not necessary, an alternative means of travel and transportation may be provided in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Any difference between stated approximate retail value and actual value of prize will not be awarded. Selection of airline and hotel are solely within Sponsor’s discretion. All incidental expenses and taxes not specified herein will be the sole responsibility of the winner and his/her travel companion, including without limitation, federal and state taxes, other ground transportation not specified here and food and beverages. The specific date of the Premiere has yet to be determined. The dates of travel will coincide with the date of the Premiere. All travel must be taken on dates specified; if the Grand Prize winner is unable to participate in the Grand Prize trip during the dates specified by Sponsor, the Grand Prize will be forfeited in its entirety. Nothing set forth herein shall be construed to require Sponsor and/or Lions Gate to hold the Premiere at any particular time or location, or at all. Time is of the essence in connection with the designated travel dates. All travel subject to availability and restrictions. Winner and travel guest must travel on same itinerary. If winner is a minor in his/her state of residence, the travel guest must be winner’s parent or legal guardian. A minor may accompany winner as a travel guest only if the winner is the minor’s parent or legal guardian. Minors must be accompanied at all times during trip (including, but not limited to, in-flight, hotel stay and all prize-related events) by minor’s parent or legal guardian. Travel guests must sign and return a travel release before any ticketing of travel occurs. Winner and guest must have all necessary identification and/or travel documents (e.g., a valid U.S. driver’s license) required for travel to the location of the Premiere. All Entrants understand that travel, whether in civilized or remote areas and whether by plane, automobile, or other conveyance, or by foot, on land and in the air, contains some inherent element of risk of accident, illness, injury, loss or death, which may be caused by negligence, forces of nature or other agencies, known or unknown. Winner understands that these risks may be present before, during and after the trip. The Grand Prize winner and the guest at the Premiere will be seeing a film that is rated PG-13 by the MPAA. In the unexpected event that the Premiere does not or cannot take place as scheduled or at all, for reasons including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, the unavailability of a theater or other venue, cancellations, postponement, an event of “Force Majeure” (as defined below), or for any other reason, Sponsor shall have the right to modify, suspend, extend or terminate the Sweepstakes. In the event a winner or his or her guest engages in behavior that (as determined by Sponsor and/or Lions Gate) is obnoxious or threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person (or if the Grand Prize winner or his or her guest have in the past engaged in such behavior and that becomes known to Sponsor and/or Lions Gate), Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the Grand Prize winner’s and/or his or her guest’s Premiere-experience early, in whole or in part, and send the Grand Prize winner and/or his or her guest home with no further compensation.
