PRIZES, ODDS OF WINNING, AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (ARV):  (A) Prizes:  (i) Grand Prize (1): One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a five (5) day/four (4) night trip to Las Vegas, NV, for two (2) people, the Grand Prize Winner and his/her guest (the “Guest”), as set forth below:  1. Roundtrip, coach airfare for two (2) people, from the U.S. City gateway airport nearest Grand Prize Winner’s home, as selected by Sponsor, to Las Vegas, NV (McCarran International Airport);  2. Four (4) nights stay in a guest room, single room double occupancy, at Caesar’s Palace hotel in Las Vegas;  3. Return airport transfers to and from the airport to the hotel in Las Vegas;  4. A one hundred fifty dollar ($150.00) Caesar’s Palace dining certificate, subject to the certificate’s restrictions;  5. Either a tandem skydiving package for two (2), OR a five hundred dollar ($500.00) Caesar’s Palace Qua Spa Certificate ($250.00 per person), subject to the certificate’s restrictions;  6. Each Gift Card is subject to the terms and conditions set forth on the Gift Card. The use of a Gift Card constitutes the user’s acceptance of the Gift Certificate’s and Gift Card’s terms and conditions so each Second Prize Winner should read the terms and conditions on the Gift Card carefully. Each Gift Card is redeemable for merchandise only and will not be redeemed or exchanged for cash, except where required by law. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): The ARV of the Grand Prize is $3,500.00. Actual value of the Grand Prize depends of the on date/time/point of departure/destination and fluctuation of hotel rates and airfares; any difference between the stated ARV and actual value will not be awarded. The ARV of each First Prize is $20.00 and for all First Prizes is $4,400.00. The ARV of each Second Prize is $10.00 and for all Second Prizes is $250.00. The ARV for all Prizes in this Sweepstakes is $8,150.00.
