Each prize winner will receive one (1) payment, up to and not exceeding $2,500, to match the prize winner’s residential rental payment for one month (“Rent Payment Prize”). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Rent Payment Prize: $2,500. Total ARV of all prizes to be awarded: $7,500.00
