Prize: One (1) Grand Prize. The Prize consists of a travel package (“Travel Package”), a one thousand dollar ($1,000) gift card towards Steve Madden products, $250 in spending cash (in form of Gift Card) and two (2) tickets for the Winner and one (1) guest (“Guest”) who must be at least 18 years old by October 27, 2010 to the Billboard Women in Music luncheon on December 2, 2010 in New York, NY. Travel Package includes roundtrip coach air transportation to event from a major airport within contiguous U.S. nearest the Winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) for two (2) people who must travel together on same itinerary. Hotel accommodations for two (2) days/one (1) night (one room for two (2) people and at a hotel selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion) and will be based on availability at time of booking, and ground transportation from airport to hotel and from hotel to airport. Winner must be able to travel to on December 1st and 2nd, 2010, or Prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Approximate retail value of the Prize is Four Thousand Five Hundred U.S. dollars ($4,500).
