Bacardi’s Fly Away to London For The E.N.D. World Tour 2010 Sweepstakes

Grand Prize: (1 winner) Trip for two to London, England, consisting of: round trip coach air transportation for winner and guest from the major contiguous U.S. commercial airport closest to winner’s residence to London (airports determined by Sponsor); double occupancy hotel accommodations for two nights; two tickets for The E.N.D. World Tour 2010 tour date in London, England on May 28, 2010; activities selected by Sponsor, and ground transportation to/from hotel and airport/concert/activities. Grand Prize Winner and travel companion must travel on the same itinerary and must be available for travel on the dates specified in winner’s notification letter or the prize will be forfeited. Travel dates are currently anticipated to be May 26, 2010 (overnight flight) through May 29, 2010, but are subject to change. Expenses not specified, including but not limited to meals and transportation to/from winner’s home airport, will be winner’s responsibility. Air carrier(s), hotel, and ground transportation provider(s) will be selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Winner’s guest must be 25 years of age or older. Winner and guest will be responsible for all necessary travel authorizations, documents, passports, and for any travel insurance. Winner (or his/her guest) may be required to present a valid major credit card in their name upon hotel check-in to cover room security and incidental expenses. The estimated retail value of the Grand Prize is $7,000. Actual value may vary based on fare fluctuations and point of departure. Any difference in amount between approximate retail value and actual value (if any) will not be awarded. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability and certain restrictions. If the Concert cannot be held due to safety, security, or other concerns as determined solely by Sponsor or Concert officials, the remaining Prize trip elements (or substitutions thereof, at Sponsor’s sole discretion) shall constitute Sponsor’s complete obligation to the winner.
