(B) “Unit Two”: Watch the new episodes of Storage Wars on A&E on July 20, 2011 between 10:00 PM ET/9:00 PM Central Time (“CT”) and 10:59 PM ET/9:59 PM CT to view the promotional message with the Sweepstakes code, visit the Website between 10:00:00 PM ET on July 20, 2011 and 9:59:59 PM ET on July 29, 2011, and complete the online registration page, including your name, age, e-mail address, state of residence and telephone number, enter the code and click “Submit.”

Three (3) finalists will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible Entries received during the Entry Period via both Website and Mail-In Entry on or about August 6, 2011. Finalists will participate in the Trip to New York City described below, and will attend the final event on a date selected in Sponsor’s sole discretion between August 22-26, 2011, where one (1) Grand Prize and two (2) First Prizes will be awarded in a random drawing. Odds of winning Grand Prize: 1 in 3. Finalists must participate in the Trip and the Event on dates selected by Sponsor to be eligible to win the Grand Prize or First Prizes, or such prizes and the Trip will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate.
All three (3) Finalists will receive: travel to New York City, New York consisting of three (3) days and two (2) nights to participate in the Event on a date selected in Sponsor’s sole discretion between August 22-26, 2011. Each Finalist may be accompanied by one (1) travel companion. Trip includes roundtrip coach airfare to and from a major gateway airport nearest Finalist’s home city and standard double occupancy hotel accommodations for two (2) nights at a hotel to be determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion, ground transportation to and from the airport/hotel and the Event/hotel in New York City and a per diem of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) for two (2) days. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Trip: Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00).
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded to the Grand Prize winner in the form of a check in the amount of One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00).
Two (2) First Prizes will be awarded to the First Prize winners in the form of a check in the amount of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00).
