you must (i) be a T-Mobile wireless service plan subscriber, employee lines excluded, (ii) be a legal resident of and located within the fifty United States or the District of Columbia excluding Vermont, Arizona, Colorado, Maryland, Montana, Iowa, Louisiana, and Nebraska, (iii) be of legal age of majority in your state of residence (and you must be at least 18 years of age), and (iv) have a valid U.S. driver’s license.

DAILY CONTEST PRIZES (Ninety Eight) (1 PER DAY): Ninety-eight (98) Daily Contest Prize winners will each receive a check in the amount of Four Thousand Dollars ($4,000). Sponsor or its representative will also provide Daily Contest winners with a separate check in the amount of One Thousand Dollars ($1000), which may be used by winner to help offset any tax obligations in connection with the Daily Contest Prize.

 WEEKLY CONTEST PRIZES (Fourteen) (1 PER DAY): Fourteen (14) Weekly Contest winners will each receive either: (A) a 2011 Audi Q5 (Approximate Retail Value: $40,000), OR a check in the amount of Forty Thousand Dollars ($40,000.00), at Weekly Contest winner’s option. Sponsor or its representative will also provide Weekly Contest winners with a separate check in the amount of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000), which may be used by the winner to help offset any tax obligations in connection with the Weekly Contest Prize.

 Total ARV of all prizes: One Million One Hundred Ninety Thousand Dollars ($1,190,000).
