Grand Prize Award (maximum 1 prize award): The eligible entrant designated as a grand prize winner shall be awarded one (1) Wheatley Taste Matters 3-day, 2-night trip to Austin, TX with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) not to exceed $3,800 and shall include:
· Coach class airfare for winner and one (1) guest, age 21 or older, from the Sponsor-designated nearest major metro airport to the winner’s residence as provided during registration to Austin, TX (AUS airport);
o NOTE: If grand prize winner resides within 250-miles of the greater Austin, TX metropolitan area, Sponsor reserves the right to provide one (1) $500 gift card toward ground transportation in lieu of airfare. Gift card as solely designated and determined by Sponsor and subject to the terms and conditions, including any expiration, of the gift card provider policy.
· Two (2) nights in a Sponsor-designated standard double-occupancy hotel in Austin, TX, subject to availability;
· One (1) $500 gift card from the Sponsor-designated gift card provider. Gift card subject to the terms and conditions, including any expiration, of the gift card provider policy.
Travel must be booked prior to 10/31/2023 and must conclude by 12/31/2023.
First Prize Awards (maximum 20 prize awards): Each eligible entrant designated as a first prize winner shall be awarded one (1) Wheatley Taste Matters Tastemaker Cocktail Kit and shall include merchandise (i.e. glassware, ice mold, strainer) as solely determined and designated by Sponsor. Each first prize award has an ARV of $50.
Total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of all available prizes is $4,700.
