Limit two (2) total Eligible Entries per person throughout the Sweepstakes Period regardless of method of entry

 Grand Prize: Grand Prize Winner will receive the following “Grand Prize”:
 • Up to one (1) year of free movie passes from an online movie ticket vendor of Sponsor’s choosing; which shall consist of a One Thousand Five Hundred Dollar ($1,500.00) credit to be used towards the purchase of movie passes from the selected vendor (vendor subject to change at Sponsor’s sole discretion). Maximum credit of $1,500.00. For the avoidance of doubt, after a one (1) year period, any unused credit will neither be awarded nor retained by Grand Prize Winner. Further, for the purposes of clarity, should the allotted credit of $1,500.00 be used prior to a full one (1) year period, no additional credit will be awarded. Additional restrictions may apply. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) $1,500.00.
 • Admission for the Grand Prize Winner and his/her one (1) eligible guest (“Guest”) to attend the 2013 Critics’ Choice Movie Awards (the “Show’) in January 2013 (Show date and locations subject to change) (ARV: Complimentary).
 • Round-trip coach-class air transportation for the Grand Prize Winner and his/her one (1) eligible guest from a major airport of Sponsor’s choice near the Grand Prize Winner’s residence to a major airport of Sponsor’s choice near the Show venue. MTVN reserves the right to substitute air transportation for ground transportation if Grand Prize Winner resides within a 150-mile radius of the Show venue and no additional compensation will be provided (ARV: $1,500.00).
 • Hotel accommodations for three (3) days/two (2) nights at a hotel and room type selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion near the Show venue. (Room and tax only, one (1) double occupancy room (ARV: $1,500.00).

 The total ARV of all prizing in this Sweepstakes is $4,500.00
