Entry Period 1 Prize: (1 winner) A trip for four to Los Angeles, CA and passes to Universal Studios Hollywood in Universal City, CA. Trip package includes roundtrip, coach-class air transportation for four from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Los Angeles, CA; 4-nights’ accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (two deluxe rooms double occupancy); roundtrip ground transportation between airport and hotel; four passes to Universal Studios Hollywood in Universal City, CA; $350 allowance for spa treatments for winner and each guest; a 30-minute helicopter tour; a shopping tour; $2,500 cash for winner only that may be used on shopping tour; a makeover for winner and one guest, details determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion; private surfing lesson package for up to four people including roundtrip transportation; Grammy Museum VIP Experience and lunch for four people, details determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion; and $10,000 spending money that may be used toward taxes. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. If, in the judgment of Sponsor, air travel is not required due to winner’s proximity to prize location, ground transportation will be substituted for roundtrip air travel at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. Sponsor is not responsible if any scheduled event is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason, in which event that portion of prize is forfeited in its entirety and no substitution will be provided except as in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $35,000. Actual value may vary based on airfare fluctuations and distance between departure and destination. Value of Weekly Prize is based on the cumulative total of minion points accrued by all entrants in the Sweepstakes as of the end of each applicable Weekly Entry Period.
