GRAND PRIZE: Five (5) Grand Prizes are available to be awarded in this Sweepstakes: Each Grand Prize consists of a trip for the eligible Grand Prize Winner and one (1) Travel Companion to Universal Orlando® Resort in Orlando, Florida to experience Halloween Horror Nights 25. Trip will include:
• round trip coach class air transportation from a major commercial airport near winner’s home (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Orlando, FL;
• three (3) consecutive nights hotel accommodations (single standard room, double occupancy, room and tax only) at an on-site hotel as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion;
• non-exclusive ground transportation to and from airport and Hotel in Orlando, FL;
• four (4) admission tickets to experience two (2) event nights of Halloween Horror Nights 25 including Halloween Horror Nights Express Passes for each ticket; and
• two (2) 3-Day Park-to-Park theme park tickets good for admission to Universal Studios Florida® and Universal’s Islands of Adventure® theme parks including the Universal Express Unlimited entitlement.

Note: Travel must occur between September 30, 2015 and November 2, 2015 or prize will be forfeited. Halloween Horror Nights 25 event nights occur on select nights throughout the specified travel period. Travel must be selected to coincide with the scheduled Halloween Horror Nights 25 event nights or that portion of the Prize will be forfeited without further or alternative compensation. Grand Prize Winners who choose to travel during a travel period that includes the night of November 1, 2015 will also be allowed access to a Social Media Meet-Up taking place at Universal Orlando Resort on that night. Grand Prize Winners who travel during a travel period that does not include the night of November 1, 2015 do so with the understanding that they will not be able to participate in the Social Media Meet-Up and shall forfeit this element without further or alternative compensation.

Approximate Retail Value (the “ARV”) of each Grand Prize is Two Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty-Eight and 66/100 Dollars ($2,928.66). Trip must be booked at least fourteen (14) days prior to departure date or prize will be forfeited and no prize substituted. Winner must be able to travel during specified dates or prize will be forfeited and no prize substituted. For a Grand Prize Winner who is a Florida resident (as determined by Sponsor), Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute air transportation with another method of transportation and no additional compensation will be provided.

FIRST PRIZE: Twenty-five (25) First Prizes are available to be awarded in this Sweepstakes: Each First Prize consists of one (1) Halloween Horror Nights 25 specialty T-Shirt (from available sizes and styles and awarded at Sponsor’s sole discretion) and a Jack the Clown Uni Mini. ARV of each First Prize is Forty-One and 90/100 Dollars ($41.90).

Total ARV of all prizes available to be awarded in the Sweepstakes is Fifteen Thousand Six Hundred Ninety and 80/100 Dollars ($15,690.80).
